[kdenlive] [Bug 487950] New: Title dialog "+X" and "+Y" fields max out at 5000
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=487950 Bug ID: 487950 Summary: Title dialog "+X" and "+Y" fields max out at 5000 Classification: Applications Product: kdenlive Version: 24.05.0 Platform: Appimage OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: kdenlive-b...@contact.dot-oz.net Target Milestone: --- Hi, Occasionally I use animated titles to create scrolling credits and the like, and occasionally those lists are long. There doesn't seem to be any problem with making them arbitrarily large in any direction - but the displayed X,Y coordinate for content maxes out at 5000. You can place it beyond that by dragging and dropping, but you can't tweak or see the exact placement point using those input dialog fields, which makes precise placement harder than it needs to be. For the same reason it would be nice if the guide lines expanded to cover all the space used by title elements, not just the visible viewport area, and if the increments of the snap-to grid were configurable. Cheers, Ron -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 487947] New: Subtitle .srt files are not autosaved with the project file
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=487947 Bug ID: 487947 Summary: Subtitle .srt files are not autosaved with the project file Classification: Applications Product: kdenlive Version: 24.02.2 Platform: Appimage OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: kdenlive-b...@contact.dot-oz.net Target Milestone: --- Hi! This might arguably be a feature request - but: On the (getting rarer! :) occasions when some action crashes kdenlive, being able to rely on it having autosaved all but the last few moments of work, and able to reliably restore them when you restart, makes those crashes *much* less frustrating than they otherwise might be. But I discovered recently that changes to the subtitles are *not* saved and do not get restored. Any changes to them since the last manual save will be lost. It would be nice if they get automatically backed up along with the project files. Thanks! Ron -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 485356] External proxy preset, error when setting multiple profiles
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=485356 --- Comment #1 from Ron --- Hi, Just a followup to this now that the external proxy editing dialog has been enabled in 24.05.0. The bug I noted here is still present in the 24.05.0 appimage. I can see it manifest if I just open that dialog and then flick between the various preset options. If you select the GoPro or Insta option (or any with multiple profiles) then select a different profile, then flick back to the GoPro or Insta one (without closing the dialog), you'll see that each time you go back to the multiple profile preset, the options in it get shuffled around and appear in the wrong fields. Cheers, Ron -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 485356] New: External proxy preset, error when setting multiple profiles
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=485356 Bug ID: 485356 Summary: External proxy preset, error when setting multiple profiles Classification: Applications Product: kdenlive Version: git-master Platform: Debian stable OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: kdenlive-b...@contact.dot-oz.net Target Milestone: --- Hi! Attempting to add an external proxy preset with multiple profiles from the UI dialog results in saving the fields in the wrong order. It interleaves the fields for each profile instead of concatenating them as a group one profile after another. So if for example I set clip prefix FOO_;BAR_ in the dialog, it will save: MyProfile=;FOO_;BAR_; instead of MyProfile=;FOO_;;BAR_ Manually editing externalproxies.rc to correct this makes the new proxy profile it work as intended. You can see this corruption also occur with: Project -> Project Settings -> Proxy Enable external proxy clips and open the edit profiles dialog with the button next to the drop down selector. Click on 'GoPro LRV' which has multiple profiles. You should see the fields look correct. Now click on another profile to view it, eg. Akaso LRV. Then if you go back to the GoPro profile, you'll see the field contents are all garbled. I'm seeing this in kdenlive built locally from: c806935cdc8870115503a1f217f0554a0f83d1fc Checking the 24.02.1 Appimage, I'm not seeing the button to pop up an edit profile dialog at all - so now I'm not sure if this is a new option, or something that is not enabled for the AppImage? https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465483 Ron changed: What|Removed |Added CC||kd6...@hotmail.com --- Comment #2 from Ron --- I ran into the same problem yesterday when trying to setup a mosaic for California Nebula (NGC1499) Telescopius CSV (2W x 1H tile): Pane, RA, DEC, Position Angle (East), Pane width (arcmins), Pane height (arcmins), Overlap, Row, Column Center, 04hr 01' 17", 36º 17' 44", 0.00, 100.80, 100.80, 10%, -, - Pane 1, 04hr 05' 02", 36º 17' 31", 0.56, 100.80, 100.80, 10%, 1, 1 Pane 2, 03hr 57' 31", 36º 17' 31", -0.56, 100.80, 100.80, 10%, 1, 2 Imported into Kstars Mosaic Planner (MP) after I initialized mosaic size to 1x1. First indication that something's wrong after import is MP says the size is now 1W x 2H. The generated ESL file has a fixed RA with changing DEC for each tile: CalifNebulaNGC1499_AT80.8_OeNh_mosaic-Part_1 4.02139 37.055 CalifNebulaNGC1499_AT80.8_OeNh_mosaic-Part_2 4.02139 35.5361 But the Telescopius CSV is constant (almost) DEC with varying RA. Tile sizes do match up between Telescopius & MP but of course width and height are swapped: 10 4.02139 36.2956 1 2 101.25 192.38 101.25 101.25 I ran the planned mosaic and it indeed produced a 1W x 2H image, 90 degrees off from what I planned with Telescopius. Workaround is to manually enter in the center coordinates (from Telescopius) and mosaic size. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Not related to the date of the image, it can be newer or older, doesn't seem to matter. Sometimes they are in the same album, sometimes not. From the forums it seems we ALL want the highest resolution, highest quality image to be "reference". It seems to download the add-on and acknowledge it, but it does not show up in the list of available themes/skins. I downloaded the "Paris Dark" and it was placed in `~/.local/share/carddecks/svg-gm-paris-dark` with 3 files: 1. index.desktop 2. parisdark.svg 3. queen_hear.png It seems that the index.desktop is similar to the packagers installed card themes in format. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. balooctl disable && balooctl purge && balooctl && balooctl enable 2. Restart the computer a few times 3. Search for a file, some will appear twice.
