Thanks for the advice.  Whilst I accept that it's a design decision, and
therefore a WONTFIX, I still find it  odd that the kicker/kickoff and desktop
toolbox menus use the plasma colour scheme.  Just observing the point that
menus use different colour schemes on the desktop.  Dialogs open an application
window, so that doesn't seem so odd.

The Standard Menu and  Application Launcher menu in plasma desktop use the
colour scheme set for Applications in systemsettings rather than the colour
scheme of the current plasma theme.  I think it would be more appropriate to
follow the plasma colour scheme.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Desktop Theme to Breeze Dark.
2. Set Application Colour Scheme to Breeze.


Actual Results:  
Desktop Menus use Application colour settings.

Expected Results:  
Desktop Menus use Desktop colour settings.

Using Breeze Dark Colour Scheme and Desktop Theme, dropdown menus have a light
colour background with light colour text in plasmashell.  Dropdown menus appear
as expected in other applications such as Dolphin.

In the Mouse Actions section of Desktop Settings - "Add Action" > "Input Here"
-  A horizontal scroll from my laptop's touchpad is recognised as a
"Vertical-Scroll".  This means that horizontal scrolling is not available to be
used, for example, to switch desktops.

Horizontal scrolling is correctly set and detected in System Settings > Input
Devices >  Touchpad > Scrolling, and is generally differentiated from vertical
scrolling on my system.

Using the Application Launcher set in Desktop Settings > Mouse Actions,
applications are always shown by Description Only.  I think it would be a
useful addition to allow them to be shown by name, or indeed by the other
options available in the Application Launcher Widget.
