[dolphin] [Bug 464268] New: The color contrast of a selected object's name and properties is hard to read.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464268 Bug ID: 464268 Summary: The color contrast of a selected object's name and properties is hard to read. Classification: Applications Product: dolphin Version: 22.12.1 Platform: Microsoft Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: frighteny...@gmail.com CC: kfm-de...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 155278 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=155278=edit screenshot of a selected object When an object is selected, the white text of its name and properties on light blue background looks pretty harsh to the eyes, while it is definitely readable, it's still unpleasant and you have to focus your eyes harder. My suggestion would be to keep the text color black as if the object was never selected and stayed in normal state, just keeping the light blue background as a hint for selection while also removing the irritating, old-fashioned, Windows XP-era, dotted highlight box around the object's name. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[dolphin] [Bug 464265] New: 'When opening an executable file' is set to 'Always ask', dolphin still opens executables without asking.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464265 Bug ID: 464265 Summary: 'When opening an executable file' is set to 'Always ask', dolphin still opens executables without asking. Classification: Applications Product: dolphin Version: 22.12.1 Platform: Microsoft Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: frighteny...@gmail.com CC: kfm-de...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Older versions of 21 compared to the latest 22.12.11 work as expected. If the "When opening an executable file:" option from "General" under "Confirmations" tab is set to "Always ask" dolphin shows a pop-up window with options to either approve or cancel the execution of executables, however version 22 misbehaves and ignores that option. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
