Icons placement after dragging on desktop is often unpredictable. Its hard to
place icon in desired location, it usually "snaps" to a grid next to it, if its
not dropped exactly in the middle of a grid. Icons dragged out of view are
placed in random positions, icons dropped under the panel cause extension of
view and appearing of scrollbar at the edge of desktop.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. drag icon over the desktop
2. drop out of view or under panel
3. icon is placed in wrong position

plasma 5.5.1 - icons still stretched
