I also experienced this error on Fedora Linux 38, and fixed it by installing python3.10 and moving the 'python' and 'python3' aliases to point to python3.10. Maybe kdenlive should declare python3.10 as a whisper dependency? EXPECTED RESULT Visible parts and non-visible parts of the panel float and de-float in lock-step, providing a uniform and consistent appearance.
