I am using Antergos and have just updated to KMail 17.12 this morning. It fails using GMail and also my own hosted server for my business running Postfix/Dovecot. I have tried sending a plain text message with no attachments. My own server authenticates using STARTTLS on port 587, I believe my GMail is using SSL on port 465.
