[digikam] [Bug 370935] New: exporting to remote storage does not work

2016-10-15 Thread tomasz via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=370935

Bug ID: 370935
Summary: exporting to remote storage does not work
   Product: digikam
   Version: 5.2.0
  Platform: Debian stable
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Export
  Assignee: digikam-de...@kde.org
  Reporter: tjkot...@gmail.com

exporting any image to remote storage does not export anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Selected a number of images
2. went export to remote storage
3. selected a directory on my USB stick (although it fails for any location on
my local drive)
4. clicked 'start export'

Actual Results:
5. digikam comes back with "some of the images have not been transferred and
are still in the list. you can try to reexport these images now"

Expected Results:
OK - Done
and files are copied to a remote folder/directory/location
