Sorry for late reply. Today after an update I noticed the problem is gone! now
it's beautiful and sharp as other icons

I'm not using any screen scaling. the icon stays the same even hovering it with
the cursor and removing the file ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache and rebooting

SUMMARY
Trying to rename a file using a touchscreen does not raise the virtual
keyboard, but only converts the filename to an editable text field. Clicking it
to raise the keyboard exits the rename mode. This causes the impossibility to
rename a file from dolphin using a touchscreen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use plasma on a touchscreen
2. long-press on a file to enter edit mode
3. select "rename" from the menu
4. the filename is now editable, but the virtual keyboard is not raised
5. tap on the editable filename in order to raise the virtual keyboard
6. the virtual keyboard raises, stealing the focus from the textedit that
because of this exits rename mode

screen recording of the bug

SUMMARY
When switching virtual desktop using the touchscreen gesture (three fingers
right/left swipe on the touchscreen), the Edit Mode gets triggered, making the
gesture useless as everytime you would need to manually exit edit mode. This
does not happen using the touchpad gesture to change virtual desktop.

(Bonus bug, the edit mode popup is not centered, but it's only a visual
problem, so nothing serious)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Plasma 6 on a device with a touchscreen (HP 2-in-1 laptop-tablet in my
case)
2. create a second virtual desktop and place a window there
3. change virtual desktop using the three fingers swipe gesture on the
touchscreen

OBSERVED RESULT
Edit mode is triggered

Edit mode is not triggered

--- Comment #4 from tubbadu  ---
This bug is still present after 5 years. It happens because both the "file"
part and the konsolepart have the Ctrl+Ins shortcut active, and so it
conflicts. Ideally, it should give priority to the focused part, so if you're
using the konsolepart it should paste there, and if you're using the file part,
it should paste there. For mysterious reasons, this does not happen

SUMMARY
using a
[MultiPointTouchArea](https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qml-qtquick-multipointtoucharea.html)
inside a normal QtQuick.Window works well both with a touchscreen and with a
mouse, but if it placed as a child of a Kirigami.Page it doesn't work anymore
with the touchscreen, while working well with a mouse. The touchscreen gesture
is stopped after about half a second.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use this simple code on a touchscreen:
```
import QtQuick 2.15
import org.kde.kirigami 2.13 as Kirigami
Kirigami.ApplicationWindow {
id: window
title: i18nc("@title:window", "Hello World")
touchPoints: [
TouchPoint { id: point1 }
]
onUpdated: {
rectangle.height = point1.y
rectangle.width = point1.x
}
}
}
}
}
```
2. try to drag the screen with the mouse and then with the touchscreen

OBSERVED RESULT
with the mouse the green rectangle's size is correctly updated, while with the
touchscreen it stops moving after a little amount of time
