That could change day to day but seems like Chrome and or sddm/gdm appear to be
the main resource hogs

SUMMARY
when connected to external monitors via lenovo thinkpad TB3 dock i experience
very high cpu usage to the point i can use kde over last few weeks.
note that this does not happen when not connected to dock

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login to kde both before or after connected to dock
2. see in htop all cores go to the 90%+ cpu usage
3. 

EXPECTED RESULT
normal cpu use

ACTUAL RESULT
high cpu usage to the point its unusable

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.13.5

I binded  all my change work space keys to win-1,win- win-e, win-a etc...
 all works but the win-q one seems not to work at all (its bound to ws 5) 
i looked and didnt see any other keys bound to that.




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open system (kwin) keyboard configuration
2. define switch to desktop 5 as Win-q
3. dosent switch

Actual Results:  
expect the key combo to switch to ws-5

Expected Results:  
dosent switch
