notifications

what do you think? it's the kalarm icon but works perfect for notifications
too. the pause thing work's also good with the breeze information in the bottom
right corner. Red is for mute sound, mute notifications, ...

Yep I am - the "network-connect" and "network-disconnect" icons are a good
reference IMHO as mentioned, since the new icons should look good right next to
them.

As mentioned in the initial request it will be used in the UI to toggle
notifications for an individual chat room (which could be with one or multiple
people).

in addition there is also a kalarm icon which would fit the bell icon.

is it a notification icon for
- all notifications (not only konvi)
- all chat rooms
- for each chat room

in the plasma theme there is also a konversation icon does it will be used
also? cause than it should fit also with this icon.
