Installing them through Muon, as an example, downloads them from scratch, and the same happens downloading them with apt-get from the terminal. Incidentally, on my tablet I have had the same issue with Waydroid as Johnathan above. PPAs are fine, while these packages are hosted on OpenSUSE's infrastructure. The real size is never populated and the update never succeeds, so I need to use either the terminal or Muon to carry out the update.
