Maybe we need to handle that flakiness better ourselves rather than just blindly passing on the error message to the user, since it may be 100% useless. I finally got discover building and running. Alas, I am not yet able to recreate the error. Could you possibly specify which app you submitted a review for? Regardless of the application or time of the day.
