In the file, I see paths like this: > /run/flatpak/doc/d334e24c/Kurban - Kurban/01 - Kurban - Intro.flac I'm assuming that's not actually where your music lives. :) It seems like the playlist file created by the other apps are faulty and they specify paths within the Flatpak bundle rather than the actual paths on disk.
