I'm having about 15% of CPU utilization of QtWebEngineProcess i5-8250U and
somehow sluggish and lagging input in https://translate.google.com page on
Wayland

I don't get 100% cpu usage, but my cpu usage can be 2-3 times higher than with
Firefox with the same page(s) open. This is with Falkon 3.0.0.
