For Flatpak we could work around that by providing a correct font configuration ourselves to override what the system has, for regular distribution packages we can't do that though. I just need to explain the background: The app is still not translated into Hebrew, which makes sense since I only translated the trunk. However, the list of countries is translated because it's from a common source.
