To me, it started happening after I locked the desktop and left the computer idle overnight. All other applications had thumbnails rendering OK and restarting Brave would temporarily fix the issue. This command: yay -Qs kpipewire shows the locally installed packages, they say. The output on my system is: local/kpipewire 5.90.0-1 (plasma) Components relating to pipewire use in Plasma Which means only 5.90 is installed. As such there is no conflict. Only trying to help.
