no bug in KDE. With kernel 4.6 rc7 this problem was resolved

I also played a bit with different renderer settings:
openGL 3.1 GLX and OpenGl 2.0 GLX with smooth or accurate settings --> all
results in freeze
installed Mesa and intel git snaps from Tumbleweed Pontostroy repo.
