With the current information, I don't think this bug report is actionable right now. Arch Linux suspends my desktop computer as expected when "Screen Energy Saving" is unchecked in power management settings. However ny laptop running neon dev unstable never suspends, no matter if "Screen Energy Saving" is checked or not. But I think that this is another problem.
