[Powerdevil] [Bug 399507] Laptop does not suspend when lid was closed when it is unplugged

2018-10-09 Thread Erik Quaeghebeur

I tested a bit last night: It again did not sleep after unplugging AC with the
lid closed, not even after the 10 minutes in my settings. Furthermore, opening
the lid and logging in and closing the lid did not help either. I had to use
the suspend button in the interface.

It may be relevant to note that I have things set up such that the laptop does
not suspend with the lid closed when an external display is attached (VGA
connector in my case). So perhaps the fact that the external display was
unplugged was not propagated to the relevant place. (The built-in display did
activate, though, when I opened the lid, so it was aware of this change.)
