I think i'm getting the same issue, i set my system to shutdown in the configs
but it go to sleep when i close my laptop lid, it only shows a black-screen
when opening it

By the way, is there anywhere that the options in 
.config/powermanagementprofilesrc are actually defined. It seems that many of
them are flags (the numbers all seem to be powers of 2-- ie, bit flags) but
they seem not to be defined anywhere. 
This is of course asked, in the hope that somehow there is an option that will
solve this problem.
