coordinate is samples.

so, mouse drug rectangle.
move rectangle.

1. result: decrination +1px.
again,
2. result: this time -2px.

please change.
can do it?
spectable [can move rectangle from keyboard arrow.]
or move rectangle [only] from mouse drag. is bug?
