This one is in the "Desktop effects" page (in the System settings).
It is the header of the section where you can select the type of animation for
the "Peek at Desktop" action (which seems to be translated as "Coup d’œil sur
le bureau" in Plasma).
I suggested "Animation du « Coup d’œil sur le bureau »" but I was not sure if
it was good enough.
