I know the principle, you should add own albums from Digikam so a lock icon isn't displayed. The current situation is the error is displayed _right after_ authenticating therefore no albums or sign in displayed. This issue could be different. I can try things if you need. The new Google Photo API has been greatly reduced in functionality and is currently unable to upload photos to existing albums.
