Under Item Edit Geolocation - I selected one with the proper coordinates and right clicked to copy the coordinates. But all of the other boxes in tath area except Face Tags was checked. I checked the Geolocation box and tested and it worked fine. then I went back to the Windows machine and checked all the samed settings boxes. Now it works fine.
