SUMMARY
The Save action is not re-enabled after using Undo/Redo.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make some changes to an image.
2. Save it. The Save action becomes disabled (correct).
4. Undo last change. Save becomes enabled (correct).
4. Save it again. Save becomes disabled (correct).
5. Redo the change.
OBSERVED RESULT
Save remains disabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
Save should be enabled again.
