Judging from the video, this is bug#351485, which has been fixed recently.

The fix will be in KDE Frameworks 5.20.0, but you can prevent the crash by
disabling the "Link files to activities" plugin in Dolphin's
settings->Services.

Having the same issue, except it only happens while I'm running ffmpeg in
terminal.
