Ok now that I know when I get back in OpenSuse I will try. But I looove the
activities button. Changing the complete desktop. It's amazing.

Thanks for the bug report. Can you try if disabling the "Activities" context
menu plugin ("Services" in the settings dialog) helps to avoid these crashes
(note that bug 351485 looks similar)?
