Works here, no baloo enabled. Even searching recursively by content works.
Please check with your distribution which package offers the filenamesearch:
KIO slave.

Yes, it seems to work now but discovered 2 new bugs:
- if file name "Foobar.txt" exists in sub folder, search term "*Foo*" doesn't
work. Search term "Foo*" and search term ".*Foo" are working.
- if a folder from locations bar is selected, sometimes (folder specific) the
start search locations is labeled as "/" instead of the folder name

Also, I miss the possibility to filter by file date, size and case sensitive.
