OK, then this isn't a bug, just a UI that needs a bit of tweaking. We're aware

"Show All Entries" only *temporarily* shows them, so that you can permanently
re-enable them if you want. There's a visual clue to this effect because the
temporarily shown entries are all grayed out. Once they're shown, you can
un-hide then via right-click > uncheck "Hide Section X"
