I do not see the purpose of this notification.
I think it can be removed.

Furthermore all notifications about file operations (copying, moving, renaming)
are inconsistent. Sometimes they appear, sometimes they do not appear.

Really, do we even need a notification here at all? I don't get it
consistently. I wonder if it's something where KIO always shows a notification
for file transfers that take a certain length of time or above a certain size.

yeah, what would make more sense is an "undo" button, since that's pretty much
the only actionable thing you would want to do with that file right after
trashing it.
