However, it also worked by opening or closing the side bar, which is probably equivalent to invoke the full screen mode as it automatically opens the side bar. I played around again and it can be triggered sometimes if when the user openes the side panel. I made a video to demonstrate it. Can I also ask whether you can reproduce the bug consistently on your end as "sometimes" would suggest otherwise. If you can reproduce it consistently, it would be great if you could provide step-by-step instructions on how to do so. Let me know if the steps below are incorrect. Steps I followed: 1. Opened Gwenview 2. Opened a recent folder and opened any image 3. Maximized Gwenview and also tried full screen when viewing the image 4.
