I can confirm it's displaying correctly in Neon Git Stable (Plasma 5.12.0, KF
5.43.0, Dolphin 17.12.2)

checked again and yes, I have "português" and "português do Brasil" clicking on
the language select button in the dialog opened by Help-> Switch Application
Language in locales x-test, de, en in master, neon devedition unstable + Ubuntu
17.10 with Applications 17.04.3 + Frameworks 5.41.0 + Plasma 5.12.0

two distros installed on my virtualbox are also affected: KaOS and Gecko (based
