L'OQLF recommande notation chameau, casse > (de) chameau ou casse mixte. Thanks for providing your propositions, I implemented. All are fixed accordingly and updated files committed on the KDE Server. Last point concerning - your side note: I am not sure about these "bosses de chameaux". In French, "camel case" is just "le camel case" or "notation camel case".
