Now, indeed the icons are similar when they were edited, but not saved. But unfortunately the icons are very small. And unfortunately they are different when both documents are saved. Just as feedback, even if maybe it is too complicated to solve: Instead of an icon I would prefer something like font-style italic (when editing but not saved).
