SUMMARY
Copying something from my phone (platform) to KDE Neon (OS) doesn't always
work. Copying something on the OS does work instantly on my phone however.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy something on platform
2. Try pasting on OS
OBSERVED RESULT
No clipboard / previous clipboard from OS is pasted
EXPECTED RESULT
Clipboard from platform is pasted

Android: 10 QPP5.190530.014
Linux/KDE Plasma: 4.18.0-25 Generic

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It worked the first time you set it up, but I don't think it is relevant to the
issue.
