Remote keyboard on Android can not receive and enter non-english characters,it
also can not enter emojis

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the input method into kde remote keyboard
2. Tap one textfield
3. input something on the textfield on laptop
OBSERVED RESULT
The numbers and letters on keyboard can be inputted,while non-english
characters like Chinese characters and Japanese characters are remained in the
textfield and not send to the phone.
EXPECTED RESULT
On the phone non-english characters are received,or there can be a compose&send
button on the computer side like one in Android
