No controls with Application Menu Bar
When application menu bar is added, the window controls disappear in Firefox
when using it without titlebar.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Firefox, Click on Menu and choose Customize, Uncheck Titlebar
2. Right click on Desktop, Add Panel, Application Menu Bar
