Always the same problem on my hp probook 640 G1 running Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS with Xfce 4.14 and kdenlive-22.08.0-x86_x64.AppImage. However, I'm currently switching to a dell precision 3570 running quite fresh install of same Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS with Xfce 4.14 and don't have the problem running kdenlive-22.08.0-x86_x64.AppImage !!! If the problem doesn't occur with the AppImage then it's a packaging issue of the distributor. Please raise a ticket at the distributor if you like that this gets fixed. I close this bug. Uso el sistema Kde Neon 5.21 y kdenlive fue instalado via "Discover". Descargué la versión AppImage de Kdenlive y no presenta este problema, desde ya muchas gracias, excelente trabajo. Kdenlive cannot process the output file, it stays on "waiting", I press the start task button, but it never starts, and the computer shows no symptoms of doing any work. I use the Kde Neon 5.21 system and kdenlive was installed via "Discover".
