switching proxy on and off on the clip
SUMMARY
When I make a proxy clip from a video file that has auto rotate enabled, the
proxy clip does not auto rotate. So it ends up upside down in the timeline,
whereas the original is rightside up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. import clip that has has auto rotate enabled
2. create proxy
3. add to timeline
OBSERVED RESULT
proxy is upside down
EXPECTED RESULT
proxy should be rightside up like original clip
