I have stopped using the AppImage version of the program and am now using the flatpak in order to work in the newest release. No message/alert when launched from GUI. And launched from terminal, I only have info messages: some missing avfilter plugins, some missing services, some "shared memfd open() failed", but nothing related to missing libraries. For me now, this is "the release". I wonder why it does not work on Ubuntu Mate for capedmadman1941. I can see nothing like that. I wish this is not related to this AppImage.
