SUMMARY
The fuzzy clock applet overflows when placed on vertical panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Create vertical panel
2.  Add the fuzzy clock applet

OBSERVED RESULT
The text is too long for the panel width, causing it to overflow.

EXPECTED RESULT
The text is not overflowing

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.80 - Plasma 6 RC 1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.249.0
Qt Version: 6.6.1

The bug is present on both plasma 5 and 6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The bug may not be present due to the folowing reasons: 
- The panel is too thick - the whole text can fit in the panel's width 
- The current fuzzy time is too short to overflow - try changing the fuzzyness
