@Aleix: Can you check? This is rather important to us. Issues in
KDevelop::TemporaryDataManager would be super severe.

Hm. I see there's kdev-php involved, too:

Can you make sure your kdev-php build is not out of date?

Does reverting 794fa0f from kdevplatform.git help?
