It seems that Git and GitHub plugins are not getting loaded to Help > Loaded Plugins menu (Screenshot evidence attached) after adding those from Settings > Configure KDevelop preferences. Will need to check. @Pratik: You could try installing DebugView to monitor the KDevelop output (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/debugview.aspx).
