If I open KDIFF3, select the files through the dialog in KDIFF3, the same 2 files work. When I install KDIFF3, it seems to hang for a while during the extraction. It eventually times out and states completed. KDIFF3 is failing when I try to launch it through TortoiseSVN. I try to get differences with a previous version. I have tried 1.11.1 and 1.10. You can work around this by creating a reg file and having each user import it.
