I just checked it in OpenSUSE (Leap 15.1), Debian 10, and KDE Neon 15.8.2 (base package is Ubuntu 18.04). It worked fine in all three environments -- there was no garbled image. D. Somehow KHC (or rather its HTML engine) fails to calculate the size of the "title" for "Start Page" for the first time. But it is enough to go to the next page to fix rendering.
