Strange, still not working here on KDE Neon kmail
4:19.04.2+p18.04+git20190611.0020-0, but now slightly different behavior:
- Kmail NOT(!) started in parallel (remember, everything works fine if Kmail is
open!)
- Start Dolphin (from Konsole)
- Right click on a file, Share - Send vial Email...
- Empty window pops up for a few milliseconds
- Dr Konqui now reports a Kmail crash
