Since my upgrade to 4.14.22 (Kubuntu 16.04LTS) I see a change in sidebar click
behaviour. Shift+Click does not open in a new window nor Ctrl+Click in a new
tab. This is inconsistent in behaviour with Ctrl or Shift clicking in the
Bookmark menu it opens in a new tab or window respectively. Not sure if this a
Kubuntu specific bug.
