Konsole has a quickcommands plugin now which should be doable for what you
want.

+1 like to confirm this feature wish. It  seems to be the thing I am looking
too for long time.

There are some commands I have to type in again and again into a running
terminal session but I do not have the option to create some alias or scripts
inside the bash, so I like to have some buttons which can send an assigned
command to the terminal as input. Having buttons would also greatly speed up my
actions.
