IMO the real bug is that Qt scrollviews don't support it out of the box the way GTK ones do. This also currently occurs on Firefox, Dolphin, WPSOffice and SoftmakerOffice, just some examples I tested. An easy way to reproduce this on Dolphin is navigating to /etc with maximum zoom and testing with scrolling downwards. Nate also once mentioned that this occurs due to an X11 synaptics driver issue here on this Okular bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=353330#c1 Should I submit a bug report for Dolphin as well?
