The only way I've found to work around the issue, is to fully downgrade KDE Plasma and related packages. Just downgrading Konsole does not fix this bug, sadly. It'd been a few days since my last reboot, and I had been periodically updating everything with pacman. After my computer ran out of battery last night, konsole was magically working when I turned it on today. Can anyone figure out how to get to the source of that event?
